Responsibilities

  • Compliance:  All employees and associates must adhere to this policy, complete and maintain any training requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes of practice in the markets we operate.
  • Reporting: Suspected breaches must be reported immediately and addressed to our Compliance Officer at info@gtmx.co.uk.
  • Enforcement: Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including termination and potential legal proceedings.
